Kit Harington tells Conor McGregor to punch you to death in Infinite Warfare’s story trailer

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare story trailer

Call of Duty’s new trailer is full of Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington shouting nasty things. That’s right, your favourite good guy in the Seven Kingdoms is basically space Hitler in the new COD, and this new trailer wants you to know that.

Leave the shackles of Earth and search the cosmos for a better life with our list of the best space games

Early on in Infinite Warfare your boss gets killed because old Kit makes some automated defences blast him out of the sky, or something. This means you’re the new leader of the space army, so you have to go into space and shoot some men.

It looks like there will be much more diversity to the campaign than usual though. While it’s taking us into the stars, it seems we’ll be setting our boots down not only in capital ships, but on red hot planets, icy tundras and even on a sci-fi freeway of some sort. It actually looks really promising.

Yesterday, UFC star Conor McGregor revealed that he had a role in the new shooter. The trailer shows that he’s Kit Harington’s punchy henchman, and during at least one point of the game he will attempt to punch your face.

Here’s the official blurb: “After a simultaneous surprise attack on UNSA forces in Geneva and the Moon Port Gateway, Lt. Nick Reyes must take the helm of the Retribution, one of Earth’s last remaining warships. In a time of unthinkable adversity, Reyes must lead his trusted crew against the relentless Settlement Defense Front’s plans to dominate all who oppose them.

“The freedom of every citizen of Earth is at stake.”

COD: Infinite Warfare releases on November 4.
