Indie games are doing great work when it comes to combining genres, and the stylish Crowman & Wolfboy is a hybrid of action-platforming and endless runner. As two shadows, you’ll be running and jumping your way from the planet of darkness towards something much more colourful: humanity. Crowman & Wolfboy recently released on Steam Early Access, but it’s still got plenty of features: 30 levels across five environments, with bonus objectives and hidden items aplenty. There’s even the opportunity to engage in a bit of time travel in one of the game’s alternate play modes.
