Reports are piling up on the Diablo forums of a bug that's appeared after patch 1.03 that's causing players to stop gaining experience, and level capping all followers are stuck at level 13.
There's an easy solution for now, while the devs roll out a fix. Change your battle.net password. According to the forums - it appears to fix the issue.
