The unofficial app made by Eluamous works from Diablo 3’s server status page, which has to be working properly for the app to function correctly. And apparently the server status page doesn’t work properly a lot of the time. Still, it’s a handy little app, and it’s able to show the status of the US, European and Asian Diablo 3 servers.
