Pandas: coming to a sigil near you.

The collector's edition of panda-centric World of Warcraft expansion Mists of Pandaria will come with some exclusive new Diablo 3 bonuses, according to the sleuths at Diablofans.com. Spotted in Diablo 3's as yet unreleased 1.0.3 patch, a puntastic achievement titled Panda-monium will be bestowed upon any players who register a copy of the Mists of Pandaria Collector's Edition. This achievement unlocks exclusive new banner sigils, and who doesn't new love banner sigils? I can't stop endlessly scrolling through mine, personally.

Also spied in the unreleased Diablo patch files are three new buff icons intriguingly titled Buff_MagicFind, Buff_XPboost and Buff_PVP_Balance. The intrepid patch-scourers also uncovered a pair of black demon wings hidden in the new inventory art, accompanied by the name 'SpecialGiftWingsBuff_name - Collectors Edition Buff'.

It's all a little bit too speculative to confirm either way, but perhaps more interesting is simply the potential for WoW and Diablo content to jump the divide like this. Might we get Diablo pets in Mists of Pandaria? A pint-sized Azmodan? Please, Blizzard?
