Battlefield 4 will report for duty on October 29

Battlefield 4 will launch on PC on October 29. As with the launch of Battlefield 3, pre-orderers will be granted a free copy of the first DLC pack, which will be China Rising. The DLC promises a "fight for dominance across the vast and majestic Chinese mainland in four massive maps, using all-new vehicles and high-tech military equipment." Is this date announcement the big reveal we were told to expect, or is something bigger looming just beyond our line of sight? Keep eyes on us, soldier. We'll give you intel as soon as we know.
UPDATE: Blizzard have now
Historical stabbing and jumping around simulator Assassin's Creed 3 has just received an official, honest-to-god PC release date of November 23. That's only three weeks after the game launches on Xbox and Playstation which, in the grand scheme of Assassin's Creed PC tardiness, is a fairly quick turnaround for the latest in the series. We'll take that.
You’ve most likely noticed that Dawnguard, Skyrim’s first DLC release, isn’t yet available on PC. For that you have Microsoft to thank, who persuaded Bethesda to sign a poxy 30-day exclusivity deal for the game’s first two DLC packs, in apparent forgetfulness that Windows is a platform of theirs too. But hush: I hear a PR rumbling in the deep.
It’s going to be hard to wait for 
Phew, we almost went more than three days without a crumb of a clue of the
ArenaNet have just given Guild Wars 2 an official release date in the US and Europe, and it's 28th August. That's not very far away at all. The date, as well as signalling the dawn of a glorious, flowering retail release, also signals the imminent close of the current beta phase, access to which is still available to anybody who pre-purchases the title.
