The next map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will feature five different maps to fight over, will go by the name of Uprising and includes a map set on the Californian prison island of Alcatraz. That particular map be called Mob of the Dead because it's going to be full of zombies and gangsters.
We've already reported on Black Ops 2's millions; the game sold over $500 million worth of copies in a single day of sales. But we've yet to comment on its billions, well, billion, singular. Yup, in 15 days of sales, Black Ops 2 made Activision a cool billion dollars.
I already used up all my pictures of money and clips of money being improperly used in movies for my last post. This time I've had to go in a different direction.
Treyarch's zombie mode was the best thing about Call of Duty: World at War, so good that it carried over into their next Call of Duty title, Black Ops. There it received new maps, voiced characters, a little bit of a story and even ex-presidents of the United States. How do you top that? Well, Treyarch opted for a bus. A little underwhelming, but as this 10 minute video shows, it's more than just a bus.
"I looked at a graph of the people who play and what happens to them when they hit level 55 or whatever the max level is, and how they drop off, and how few people actually go to max prestige. I know they could go to max prestige because their time play suggests they could have. I have this data. I know this for a fact."
That's Treyarch's David Vonderhaar on the decision to change Call of Duty's Prestige leveling system in the upcoming Black Ops 2.

Hello again, dodgy rendered telly. We’re getting used to seeing your ghostly beige visage around these parts. What can you tell us today about Black Ops 2’s zombie mode?
What better way to launch your new service that allows players to manage and compete in their own tournaments with cash prizes than to set up eight tournaments with £40,000 up for grabs? It ought to reel in the punters.
Plus, that £40,000, it's a minimum. Jowst are still searching out sponsors and with each new name more money is added to the pot.
Treyarch Studio Head Mark Lamia wants Black Ops fans to know that the team behind Black Ops II has much more to offer this time around, feeling that the Original Black Ops was just “base-level.”
Console gamers have had access to Call of Duty’s feature-packed Elite service for the past few months, and Activision are continually promising its arrival on the PC. But how will a premium, paid-for service ever work with the notoriously fickle PC gaming community?
