Latest Dota mod patch reveals previously unseen heroes

Icefrog is a busy man. What a lot of Dota 2 players don’t realise is that Icefrog continues to support the original Dota, born from inside Warcraft 3. The most noticeable support is in the recent 6.77b patch, that has updated a selection of unreleased heroes.
Oh, what fun Disruptor is. He doesn’t care about the glory, but he does care about making everyone on the enemy team be exactly where they should be for them to all die horrible, while he looks on stoically. Perhaps he’ll nod. Valve are just not going to let up the pace, and after the addition of the hilarious and powerful Rubick last week, it’s now looking like we’re going to get double the fun this time around, as Wisp and Luna go from mere twinkles in the original Dota’s eye to fully fledged Dota 2 heroes. With textures and abilities and everything. Well, Wisp doesn’t get textures. Because Wisp is a particle effect.
Dota 2’s next update, most likely coming on Monday, is going to be a big one. Along with the usual mix of changes and fixes, we’re getting three new heroes. A trifecta of heroism. A triumvirate of courage. A tricorne of... no, wait, that’s a hat. Regardless, it’s a massive bloody update, and it’s coming with the
