Winter is approaching faster than you think, as Telltale’s Game of Thrones adventure game has hit the Steam store. The first episode is slated for an aptly seasonal “December” release, and it’ll set you back £20.69/$26.99 – with a 10% discount to those that pre-purchase.
Last week, screenshots of the game were leaked onto the internet. A few days later, the legitimacy of the images were confirmed by an official teaser trailer from Telltale themselves:
The game will follow the family of House Forrester, and will include various key characters from the HBO TV series. The Steam store page notes that players can expect to visit iconic locations such as King’s Landing, The Wall and more.
“Feel what it is like to play the Game of Thrones, where you win…or you die” says the harrowing game synopsis.
