Hawken’s new mech embodies “rogue-like flexibility”

Comment

And it's got a mug like a radiator. Okay, I'm done.

Hawken’s open beta continues apace, and there’s a new face at the party. Assembled from what appears to have been the wreckage of a collision between a Toyota Yaris and a solar-panelled barn, ladies and gentlemechs: the Reaper.

Take a look:

“The Reaper is the machine for any mission that involves venturing alone into enemy territory,” says Adhesive Games’ blogger, who I suspect is an ex-car salesman. “Effectively combining precision and speed, this high-accuracy light mech is the steel embodiment of rogue-like flexibility.”

That's all we're getting for now, but I'd wager that lengthy bangstick there will be used for more than walking support. What do you think?
