Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs has been delayed and delayed but it looks to finally have a solid release date. 10 September will see the semi-sequel to Frictional’s terrifying first-person survival horror game, Amnesia, arrive on Steam and GOG.

Developed by thechineseroom, the makers of Dear Esther, A Machine for Pigs takes place in the same world as Amnesia but 60 years have passed. Rather than an old castle in Prussia you’ll be working your way through a vast abattoir in Victorian London. Besides those scant details we’ve been kept in the dark on what the action of A Machine for Pigs will hold.

This is all we have to go on:

Steam and GOG pre-orders are open.

Cheers, PC Gamer.
