First Steam Greenlight game released

It’s McPixel! The lewd, rude, mildly acclaimed (“C'est drôle,” say Oujevipo) point-and-click bomb disposal adventure game from Sos.

McPixel is now available for £3.99 / $5 via Steam, and if you own it already via the game’s official site, you’ll have a Steam code winging its way to you.

Two weeks ago, ten games were Greenlit for release on Steam - among them Project Zomboid and Black Mesa. While some, like McPixel, are already finished and scheduled for imminent release, others, like first-person space survival horror heart-palpitator Routine, still have some way to go.

“The community has shown their interest in this game,” reads the latter’s listing. “Valve has reached out to this developer to start moving things toward release on Steam.”

What do you think of the ten first groundswollen titles to hit Steam? Has the community shown interest in the right places?
