Microsoft is all over the cloud right now, as is Nvidia. But what if the NHS or your local doctor was? What if before surgery you could be offered a subscription plan that would back your soul up in the cloud in case you die on the operating table? That’s (almost) the idea behind Master Reboot.
Players of Master Reboot will explore a world where you can “upload your soul to dedicated servers and relax knowing that a part of you will live on for eternity”. The trailer is wonderfully odd, with only undertones of weirdness that hint at the horror game it will turn out to be. Developer Wales Interactive have the game on Greenlight now, so go ahead and vote it up if you so wish.
