Kingdom Come: Deliverance isn’t kingdom coming until 2017

Kingdom Come Deliverance

Well this sucks. I’ve been keeping an eye on Kingdom Come: Deliverance – a medieval RPG without wizards, dragons or any other fantasy gubbins – for a while now, but it looks like I’ll have to wait a bit longer. The game has reportedly been delayed until 2017.

Looks like I’ll have to busy myself with this list of the best RPGs on PC.

The non-fantasy RPG was originally scheduled for a late 2015 release, but it faced a delay to some time this summer.

Warhorse Studios also said earlier this year that the PC version may get pushed back even further because of a publishing deal saying the console versions needed to release alongside PC. It could well be this deal that’s caused the extra delay.

Though the site didn’t give a direct quote, WCCF claim to have got confirmation from Warhorse that the game had been delayed to next year.

If they delay means we get a better game, I’m all for it. I just hope it’s not all because of a silly publishing deal that holds back the PC version.
