Lego Jurassic World trailer causes chaos with plastic dinosaurs

Lego Jurassic World

Plastic dinosaurs were a mainstay in my toybox as a child. It looks like they can be a prominent feature in my Steam library soon, too, as Lego Jurassic World is set to drop on June 12th. The new trailer shows off why we should be excited, and it’s mostly to do with dinosaurs stomping and causing general chaos.

Lego Jurassic World, contrary to its title, isn’t just based on this summer’s new film. Whilst World’s bubble cars and Chris Pratt action make up the most of what the trailer has to show off, the game actually spans all four of the Jurassic films. This means there will be at least one section definitely worth playing, and (provided they play in chronological order) it will be the first bit you get to play, too!

Like TT’s other Lego games, Jurassic World seems peppered with slapstick humour, the best of which is clearly that velociraptor zooming around the park on a motorbike. Whether or not it can match Lego Lord of the Rings for joke consistency remains to be seen.
