Mojang, developer of the popular videogame known as “Minecraft”, has just announced ticket details for Minecon 2015, which will take place in London’s ExCeL Convention Centre this July.
Tickets will go on sale on March 27th and 28th, and attendees will be gifted capes. Capes for all. All kinds of capes, falling from the convention centre ceiling like confetti. Capes!
There’ll be 10,000 tickets sold in total, with the first half of tickets being made available to purchase from minecon.mojang.com at 6pm GMT on Friday, March 27th. Following that, the remaining tickets will go on sale at 12pm noon GMT on Saturday 28th. A ticket will cost £129.
Minecon brings together players from around in the world in joyous celebration of all things Minecraft, with discussion panels, merchandise, exhibitions, costume competitions and parties for attendees. Every ticket holder will also receive a lovely exclusive cape.
