In memory of David Bowie, Square Enix have made Omikron: The Nomad Soul – a game Bowie plays a major role in, and one that he lent his substantial musical talents to – a free download, while stocks last.
The game will be free on the store until next Friday at 9am, UK time.
If you are accessing the Square Store from Europe you should be able to add it to your basket and check it out, getting a Steam code for your troubles. ]
We checked it out and got through no problem, but there will probably be the odd traffic spike so it might pay to be persistent.
If you live in the US, the game will show up as priced but you can get it for free by entering the promo code ‘omikron’.
