Chris Sigaty and Matt Morris talk StarCraft 2’s new Protoss commander, Alarak, playable in co-op as well as the sudden resurgence in Brood War’s Korean audience.

As well as the upcoming improvements to allied commanders, Blizzard’s chief StarCraft producers gave some insight on the future of the RTS’s competitive space. “Our goal with StarCraft 2 is for it to continue to develop into a wizard’s version of chess, to develop into something that the original version of StarCraft has as well.”
