Star Wars: The Old Republic wants you back, offers seven free days for old players

"Come on, things will be different this time. I swear I've changed."

Star Wars: The Old Republic wants you back. If you're one of the hundreds of thousands of players who turned their backs on BioWare's MMO, they're prepared to offer you seven free days access between now and next Tuesday. That's just in time for those with lapsed subs to try out the new Allies update.

The Old Republic's 1.3 update adds a handy Group Finder, which makes it easier to find friends around the galaxy, expanded Legacy Perks and better accessorising. Returning players will be able to join their friends by using the newly introduced character transfer system too, which also nets you an in-game pet and 25 Black Hole Commendations.

All the details can be found on the Star Wars: The Old Republic website
