As Winter Veil comes to Draenor for the first time and players sit down by their Cozy Fires with their Egg Nog, Blizzard are selling pets and mounts in one of the best MMOs on PC at half-price.
From now till 11:59 p.m. PST on January 5, a sizeable gaggle of companions will be 50% off on the Battle.net shop.
The pets now listed at $5 include the Alterac Brew Pup, Blossoming Ancient, Cenarion Hatchling, Cinder Kitten, Lil’ K.T., Lil’ Ragnaros, Lil’ XT, Moonkin Hatchling, Pandaren Monk and Soul of the Aspects.
Marginally less cute and more expensive are the mounts, now $12.50: Armored Bloodwing, Celestial Steed, Enchanted Fey Dragon, Heart of the Aspects, Iron Skyreaver, Swift Windsteed and Winged Guardian.
All will be fully giftable, and share with Steam gifts the advantage of being presents you can buy on Christmas Eve, or indeed Day.
