While these locations are always good areas to visit each run, keep in mind that the difficulty you’re playing on has a big impact on the quality of the loot you can find. You’re not going to find high-end gear on normal difficulty as it’s designed to get you geared just enough to take on Lockdown and Forbidden Zone difficulty. These higher difficulties take place on the same maps, so you’ll have an idea of what to expect.
Lockdown has tougher enemies with decently modded weapons and often tier-four armor and helmets. Plus, enemy players will also have better gear due to the minimum requirement and higher stakes, so killing and stealing their kits is always a good idea.

When it comes to getting your mittens on the best gear on the Farm map, you will want to head to the Motel and Stables points-of-interest (POI). However, Grain Trade Center is good if you’re looking specifically for ammo, provisions, and crafting items.
Motel:
Motel is the largest POI in Farm, with three locked safes and lots of weapon boxes to scavenge, giving you a higher chance of finding quality gear. Plus, it’s also a relatively self-contained area, with all this loot packed into the defensible motel rather than spread across several buildings in a field like Storage or Loading Area.
That’s not to say it will be a breeze to loot here, though, as many other players will be heading to Motel too. Expect close-quarters firefights, so consider bringing a shotgun or SMG along with you.
There is also a potential boss spawn here. These tough enemies can drop some pretty good loot, though be prepared for a fight, especially on harder difficulties.
Stables:
Like Motel, Stables is another packed loot location. There is a safe upstairs and a weapon box downstairs, along with a potential boss spawn, so there’s no shortage of gear to collect in close proximity.
Be careful though, as it’s easy to get ambushed inside the stable itself due to the large doors on either end; you’re easy pickings with little space to escape.
Grain Trade Center:
The west side of Farm is home to the Grain Trade Center, a large factory location with lots of smaller boxes to loot. While there is a locked office with a safe in the Grain Trade Center, most of what you’ll find here are components which can be redeemed at vendors for loot. From PCs and toolboxes to loose provisions around the facility, there’s lots to pick up so bring a bag.
You should always loot the two ammo boxes found on the walkway joining the two buildings, which can be accessed via the upstairs of the larger building or the ladder directly underneath the walkway. These boxes can contain high-quality ammo, especially on higher difficulties.
Valley
Slightly larger than Farm, the Valley map has even more locations worth visiting for loot. However, they’re often larger and more dangerous, with more AI enemies and other players nearby.
Beach Villa:
Beach Villa, located to the south of the Valley, is the biggest attraction. It’s a massive compound with several buildings and walkways joining them together, making it a maze to navigate. Plus, it’s easy for enemy players to sneak up on you, so be alert.
Thankfully, scavenging Beach Villa is worth the effort. Here you can find two safes, ten weapon crates, and various coats, suitcases, and other containers. All in all, you’ll walk out with a backpack full of riches, especially on higher difficulties.
Unlike most locations, Beach Villa also has its own extraction site – a helipad to the south. To access this, you’ll need gold or dog tags though, so you won’t always be able to use it. Given how dangerous this location can be though, it’s worth keeping in mind.
Port:
Located to the southwest of Beach Villa is Port, making it easy to loot both locations back-to-back.
Port has a safe, seven weapon boxes, a grenade box, and lots of smaller containers and bags to rummage through, meaning you can get almost everything you need in this location. Plus, most of this gear is found inside the large storage facility, so you don’t have to walk far between containers.
Like Beach Villa, Port also has its own extraction site so you can easily leave once you’re done. If you’re lucky to spawn at the entrance just outside Port, you can get in and out with great loot in a matter of minutes.
Noan Courtyard:
Noan Courtyard is found atop the hill in the center of the map, giving it a good vantage point over the valley but also making it a hot spot for other players. While the loot is spread out between the main villa on the hill and the camp to the east, there are lots of valuables located here.
In the camp on the way up the hill, you can find a safe, four weapons and one grenade crate, medical boxes, and other containers to loot. Inside the villa, you’ll find even more, with another safe, a further five weapon crates, a grenade crate, a military supply cache, and more.
Armory
The Armory map is very different from Farm and Valley. Firstly, it’s only available in the Lockdown and Forbidden Zone difficulties. Secondly, it’s designed solely for PvP, with tight corridors making for an intense experience.
While there is certainly great loot to be found here, it’s the enemy players you’ll want to be looting. Players coming into Armory are generally looking for a fight, so they’ll be bringing high-quality gear in, which is ripe for the picking if you can kill them.
