Turn-based tactics are certainly flavour of the month thanks to XCOM 2, but if you want to broaden your palette beyond alien invasions, Atlas Reactor is the game for you. With a team of MOBA-like heroes you’ll march, square by square, into battle with your enemy. The alpha will gear up on February 18th, and if you want in you’ll need one of our 5,000 keys.
For a quick crash course on how Atlas Reactor works, just watch the video above. Turns are made up for four elements, and victory is all about predicting your enemy’s movements and working out how to trap them between the phases. Turns are taken simultaneously, so it’s vital to think about how your enemy will be both escaping your attacks, and striking out at you.
If you want to grab an Atlas Rector alpha key for yourself, all you have to do is use the widget below to enter our giveaway. Just complete an action - such as following us on Twitter - and you’ll have a chance at winning one of our 5,000 keys.
Should you win, you’ll be given a code to redeem. Just head to Trion’s Glyph account management page and log in (or create) an account. On the account tab’s drop down menu, you’ll find an ‘Apply Code’ button. Type your alpha key here, and you’ll be given access to Atlas Reactor. Download the client and play away!
The Atlas Reactor alpha starts February 18th at 2pm PDT / 10pm GMT, and finishes February 24th.
