Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019’s new Field Upgrades are rechargeable equipment items you can pick for your class, allowing you to further refine what your multiplayer style of play is.

Field Upgrades come in six different flavours and the recharge rate varies based on which Field Upgrade you pick. You can improve your Field Upgrades recharge rate by 50% with one of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 perks called Tune Up, so if you’re prone to using up a lot of ammo or want to regularly cycle Stopping Power rounds into your inventory then this is a perk you should consider. Some of the Modern Warfare Field Upgrades should be familiar to fans of the series, such as the Trophy System and Tactical Insertion upgrades, but this is the first time that players have been able to recharge these pieces of gear over time.

To help you start planning your ideal Modern Warfare multiplayer class, we’ve hopped through the game’s menus and noted down all Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Field Upgrades for the 2019 FPS as well as what they do and their recharge rates.

That’s all six Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Field Upgrades listed. We’ll have to wait until October 25 to see how long those recharge rates are, but already there are some powerful pieces of tech to choose from.

Plus, it’s nice to see a nod to the Stopping Power perk here and we fully expect it to be adopted by the pros.
