Treyarch’s zombie mode was the best thing about Call of Duty: World at War, so good that it carried over into their next Call of Duty title, Black Ops. There it received new maps, voiced characters, a little bit of a story and even ex-presidents of the United States. How do you top that? Well, Treyarch opted for a bus. A little underwhelming, but as this 10 minute video shows, it’s more than just a bus.
(It has a robot driver for one thing.)

It’s starting to look significantly more like a level out of Left 4 Dead with the transition between small levels. We don’t get to see much of the new kit on offer in this next iteration of the zombie mode. I want to see the homemade riot shield that appears briefly in an earlier teaser.
The surest sign of progress between versions surely has to be the robot bus driver. Heck, that’s something that would be a sign of progress in any game, hell, in anything. Think about it, would you rather go to the school driven by a dull meaty human driver or one driven by a mechanical masterpiece?
