But it all seemed so plausible! So plausible that Captain Price actor Bill Murray* might spill Modern Warfare 4 beans everywhere on a flight to London Stansted. But if it was truth, series co-custodians Infinity Ward aren’t willing to call it by its name.
“Interesting news today, but it’s not true,” tweeted the studio. “We’ve not talked with any voice actors, so all news is speculation.”
No chats with Murray, then, but no outright denial of a MW4 either. So there’s that to cling to.
“On Monday I am off to meet Infinity Ward about the next game, Modern Warfare 4,” Murray had reportedly told This Is Xbox. “I’m doing work on the sequel to Modern Warfare 3. It carries straight on and I only ever appear in the Modern Warfare games.”
