Actually, it’s close to what Gaijin Entertainment is offering to help you celebrate Halloween while playing its vehicular action MMO Crossout.
But before we get to the tricks, treats, and new modes in Crossout, you should know what we’ve teamed up with Gaijin to offer 1000 codes for a Mechanics Flag. What’s that? It’s a decorative item that doubles up as an in-game boost. It gives +15% experience to the owner and +10% to all members of their team. The boost lasts for seven days once activated – and it needs to be activated by November 11, so if you win don’t hold on to it. If you’d like to win a code you’ll need to enter the giveaway below.
Right, back to the spooktacular goings-on in CrossOut. Developer Targem Games launched a Witch Hunt brawl in the game on October 16 – it’ll run until November 1. It’s a bit like a battle royale, as each competitor has scary balloons attached to their vehicle, which they have to keep on there for as long as possible. You lose balloons if an enemy bashes into you – so the longer you can avoid others the better. However, to win, you need to get 100 points, which you get by popping the balloons of other players.
If you do well in Witch Hunt you earn Tricky Treats, which can be exchanged for unique decor, paint, and stickers in a special Witch Cauldron workbench – have a look at all the goodies. You can get yourself more Tricky Treats by completing the special PvP mission ‘Trick or treat!’.
