According to Bohemia Interactive, the DayZ forums have been targeted by hackers. If you’re a DayZ player, now would be a good time to change your security details.

Bohemia notified us of the security breach directly via email, and it’s understood they’ve reached out, or have begun doing so, to much of their playerbase.
At the time of writing, the DayZ forums are down for maintenance as Bohemia work out how to “mitigate similar risks in the future.”
Although the passwords weren’t stored in plain text, “all usernames, email and passwords from forums.dayzgame.com were accessed and downloaded by hackers,” reads the email. Which, needless to say, ain’t good.
