Deus Ex: Mankind Divided coming to Mac and Linux this year

Deus Ex Mankind Divided OSX Linux

Good news for the less popular operating systems, you’re getting the new Deus Ex, though not quite yet. Mankind Divided is getting a Linux and OSX port made, with work done by Feral Interactive, a publisher who specialises in bringing the biggest PC titles that way.

There’s no specific date for when it will be released, though the press release does state this year. Presumably, the work was outsourced by Eidos and Squeenix, and based on the games Feral have ported before – XCOM 2, Alien: Isolation and Tomb Raider to pick a few – they’ve had some success in the past.

System requirements will come a little closer to launch. Based on their past efforts, ports end up requiring the same RAM, a bit of a meatier graphics card and a most powerful processor than the Windows version. Prep/hope accordingly.
