In the video we demonstrate the character creator, browsing through the four pre-set origin stories before settling on elf ex-slave Sebille. After checking out what various hair-dos we can give her and the variety of classes on offer, we take her for a spin in Fort Joy: an island fortress created for the persecution of magic types.
While the camp is home to all sorts of unsavory types, we soon find allies in the form of three misfits. Banded together, they create a party that can’t be stopped. At least we hope. With these friends acting as back-up, we tackle one of Sebille’s origin story quests (to seek down a lizard man who wronged her), and proceed onto trying to find a way off the island. Did someone say giant crocodiles wearing teleporting gloves? Now there’s a plan…
