Double Dragon: Neon, previously only available on Xbox 360 and PS3, is making its way over to Steam, and how excited you are about this fact very much depends on how much importance you put on nostalgia, because for all the rocking tunes and polished presentation, this is still Double Dragon, and the game design has not aged well at all.
As a journey through time, travelling back to when simply walking across a screen punching people with a mate was all the rage, it’s a hoot though. If you can grab a chum who also remembers the era when we lived in simpler, punch-ridden times, then you could very well find yourself having a lovely evening of brainless brawling.
It should be out before April, and then you can rescue your beau and beat people up in the seedy part of town.
