Gaming hardware

The HP July 4 sale is live now and full of great deals on PC hardware and peripherals. If you’re all about the dual-monitor life – and if you’re not then you probably haven’t tried it, we personally couldn’t go back – then here’s one we’d like to highlight: a bundle deal on a pair of HP Pavilion 27Qs.

With this deal you get two 27-inch, 60Hz, 1440p screens with edge-to-edge displays – so, perfect for running side-by-side – for just $500. That’s a 24% discount on the usual price of $660, though they’re also individually discounted (to $280 rather than $330) as part of the sale if you only need the one.

The Pavilion 27Q uses Samsung’s PLS panel technology, producing outstanding colors with 100% RGB color coverage – nice to have under any circumstance, but especially useful if you use your PC to make videos or art. For gamers, it also supports AMD’s FreeSync tech, which minimizes screen tearing and stuttering by synchronizing the screen’s refresh rate with whatever you’re doing on the computer.

Check out either the excellent dual-screen bundle deal here, or the Pavilion 27Q’s individual listing right here.
