Gruff love: get Goat Simulator and Escape Goat 2 by donating a goat to charity

Goat Simulator: now silly for charity.

Heifer International are in the noble business of providing animals and training to poor farmers around the world. Some animals are goats, which gives us a neat segue into the goat-heavy world of videogames.

Get a copy of Coffee Stain’s bestselling Goat Simulator and the Double Fine-backed Escape Goat 2 by donating a goat to Heifer’s cause: perhaps enough for a pen of clucking goats, a lumpy goat, or a wet goat.

“All animals are goats,” explains Coffee Stain’s Armin Ibrisagic. “Horses are goats with longer legs. Bears are goats with fur.”

Select a type of goat via the goat selector to pick a donation amount – some are very large, others reasonably small – or select a custom amount.

Once you’ve made your donation, you’ll provide Heifer with your email address, and they’ll send you Steam keys for both Goat Simulator and Escape Goat 2 – “two of the hottest goat games in goat gaming history”.

Our Tim found goats to be endearingly ragdolly in his Goat Simulator review – though he did find the game a bit sweary for the children it’s so obviously destined to be loved by.

Escape Goat is a sort of puzzle-platformer set in dungeons, believe it or not. Find out what Double Fine saw in it by playing its browser predecessor. Are you going to make an unusually silly donation?
