According to Codemasters, F1 2018 will feature all of the official teams, drivers and circuits of the 2018 season. It will offer an expanded Career mode, which they tease will see the return of a “highly requested feature back into the franchise”, and they’re also adding more historical cars for players to drive. Mostly however, they are keen to say how they’ve been working with the fanbase and listening to feedback about F1 2017 to make the new game better.

Paul Jeal, F1 Franchise Director at Codemasters, says “over the past few years we have engaged heavily with our fanbase to understand what is important to them, and we cannot wait to unveil more details on features we know our fans will love.”

Details are a little light on F1 2018 at the moment, but Jeal adds that we should expect to see “many other great enhancements” get announced between now and the game’s release – which could potentially meanVR support.
