Free games: Epic’s Jill of the Jungle is legally available at last – for zero dollars

Jill of the Jungle is now on GOG, and it's free

Epic is a long way past the MegaGames days, but while the Fortnite dollars are rolling in the studio’s old titles like Jill of the Jungle remain formative pieces of many PC gaming memories. Now Jill is swinging again, legally available for the first time in ages – and completely free. You can grab it via GOG, and enjoy discounts on other Epic classics too.

Jill of the Jungle: The Complete Trilogy is a pretty significant release, since it marks the first time this early Epic MegaGames hit has been available legally in years. Aside from various abandonware sites and other pirate sources, Jill’s adventures have been lost to time – no Steam or GOG releases to help you get that nostalgia fix.

This GOG release includes Jill of the Jungle, Jill Goes Underground, and Jill Saves the Prince. That’s every chapter of the old shareware title, DRM-free and free to claim. There’s no word on this promotion coming to an end, either, so Jill will remain free for the foreseeable future.

If you do want to drop some money toward Epic’s classics – not that the studio needs it, with Fortnite player numbers being what they are – you can also enjoy 33% off the Jazz Jackrabbit titles and 80% off the Unreal series.
