Launch Goalbound through the Roblox game page.
Click the letter icon in the top-left.
Enter a working Goalbound code.
Click Redeem.

If the code is active and you've inputted it correctly, you'll get a confirmation notification the moment you hit redeem.

Goalbound won't tell you what you've earned from a code, but you should spot most of your rewards at the bottom of the Styles menu used to roll for player perks like Nagi and Shidou.
