Race on land, sea and air in GTA Online’s new update

We’re sure Rockstar fans are mostly excited about the new Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer dropping today, but there’s still a lot of life left in GTA Online. The latest update for Grand Theft Auto 5’s multiplayer side adds ten new races for the game’s special vehicles, bringing the total to 30, alongside a bunch of in-game sales.

Check out our list of GTA5 and more on our list of the best sandbox games on PC!

The full list of new special vehicle circuit races, along with Rockstar’s descriptions, can be found here. It includes four new races for the Imponte Deluxo, three for the Ocelot Stromberg, and three for the Mammoth Thruster.

Through May 7 there will also be double GTA$ and RP bonuses in all 30 special vehicle races, including the new ten, and any SecuroServ work missions using the same vehicles – that’s Stromberg, Thruster, Deluxo, Ruiner 2000, Rocket Voltic and Blazer Aqua. All six of these vehicles are also on sale for 25% off in the game’s Warstock Cache & Carry.

The support for GTA Online has been admirable, but don’t expect to see any single-player DLC happening for GTA 5 any time soon. You’ll have to wait for Red Dead Redemption 2 for more offline sandbox content from Rockstar – if that ever turns up on PC.
