Just Cause 3 is a while off yet, and that sucks. However mod creator JulioNIB has recreated the Just Cause grappling hook within Grand Theft Auto V. And it’s amazing. Utilising a makeshift pistol, players can grapple up skyscrapers, zip between moving vehicles, and even attach objects together for even more mayhem.
