You can find eligible berry plants and seeds in a bunch of places around Grow a Garden. Elder Strawberry is a very rare seed you'll seldom see that can boost the Fall Market stalls exponentially. Set up a Grow a Garden stock tracker to get pinged whenever they're back in stock.
For beginners or low-effort contributions, go for Blueberry and Strawberry. Their seeds are always in stock and grow almost immediately, making them great for contributing to the beanstalk at lower levels. As for the Lingonberry, you'll have to craft that one by the Gear shop using other seeds and crops.
Once you have an inventory full of berry crops, speak to the Fall Market NPC in the middle of the map and use the final option to empty your inventory of them in one go. Get the server to donate enough and you'll trigger multiple benefits and potent restocks at the nearby stalls.
