The Arbor is one of a few homes made by the Nightmare Court – a Sylvari contingent who’ve rejected the Ventari Tablet’s teachings and instead embraced the nightmares all of their race encounter during conception. They’re a separatist group who intend to corrupt the Pale Tree and its associated human-centaur philosophy with something uniquely Sylvari.
