The hunt is on: Sir, You Are Being Hunted hits v1.0

Sir, You Are Being Hunted launches

Sir, You Are Being Hunted has been flushed out of hiding; here’s our Sir, You Are Being Hunted review.

Sandboxy stealth game Sir, You Are Being Hunted has crossed the finish line, making its way from Early Access to v1.0. It’s an extremely British game concerned with things us Brits are usually concerned with, like being hunted down by robots and collecting dead rats.

Until May 8th it’s £12.74/$16.99, and after the promotion it will set you back £14.99/$19.99.

Jules took a look last year, and had some very nice things to say about it: “Sir is an uninterrupted joy to play, tapping into a primal sense of horror thanks to its unscripted nature.”

It’s been a while since I took it for a spin, but the small amount I played when it first landed in Steam Early Access impressed me so much my monocle popped out. I should stop wearing those things.

I never expected a game about dimension jumping and robots wearing tweed to leave me coated in sweat, freaking out as I tried to hide in a field while murderous automatons stalked me.

While it has officially launched, there’s still more developer Big Robot wants to add. Proper multiplayer is one of those things.
