In a discussion on the League of Legends forums about some of the disappointment felt by players towards LoL’s 100th hero, Morello, League of Legend’s lead champion designer has teased the next champion coming to League of Legends.
She’s called Zyra, if the filename is to be believed, and the working theory is that she’s plant mage: able to use vegetation as a ranged weapon. “I’m really stoked about champion 101 too” says Morello,”because I got to work much much more directly on it than I usually do and it’s an archetype I think we’ve needed. I’ll….plant a little teaser for you,” he says.
