Mortal Kombat X’s next DLC includes a Xenomorph and chainsaw-swinging Leatherface

Mortal Kombat X DLC

Update: Looks like the second video has been taken down as well. Booo.

For ages now, the Predator has been the loneliest fighter in Mortal Kombat X. He’s got no pals, no traditional enemies; he’s just a butt ugly alien fighting for the hell of it. Until now. The Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 is coming, and it’s bringing with it a Xenomorph.

Yep, the drooling, slimey, acid-dripping alien will soon be making its way into Mortal Kombat X, at least if you buy the DLC. It’s not your run-of-the-mill xenomorph either, as you’ll see in the video below.

It will be joined by fellow horror star Leatherface, the chainsaw wielding maniac from Texas Chainsaw Massacre, tubby drunken master Bo Rai Cho and a brand new Kombatant, Tri-Borg. The latter is actually a combination of the cyborg ninjas, Sektor, Cyrax and Robot Smoke, all sadly absent from MKX.

While it looks like they’ll all come in a DLC pack, previous packs have also been broken up into individual bits of DLC, if you want to save money and don’t want to buy them all, so chances are, you’ll be able to buy them separately.

The original trailer and accompanying details were taken down (presumably someone at Warner Bros. jumped the gun), but we know that the DLC will be available in the first quarter of 2016.

Cheers, NeoGAF.
