How do you change worlds in Once Human? You and your pals have probably synced up your servers in Starry Studio’s post-apocalyptic survival adventure, only to find that you still can’t see each other. But don’t worry, because within each server are several worlds that you can manually hop to – and we know the tech to get you where you need to be.

Fortunately, changing Worlds in Once Human is super simple, and only requires you to reach a certain point in the survival game’s main story quest. So, whether you’re teaming up to capture the best Once Human Deviations, or to take on the terrifying Once Human bosses that are running amok, it won’t be long before you’re back together again. Phew.

How to change worlds in Once Human

Changing worlds in Once Human requires the use of a Teleportation Tower. When you approach the tower you’ll be greeted with a prompt to “switch to another world,” which can be activated with the ‘G’ key. From there, select which world you want to leap over to and you’re good to go.

However, this requires you to actually unlock Teleportation Towers in the first place. The good news is that, provided you follow the main story quest as soon as you first start the game, this should only take around ten minutes to do. As soon as you’ve finished crafting your first weapon, you’ll be sent over to Deadsville. There, you’ll be tasked with tracking down a Teleportation Tower.

Though it would’ve perhaps made more sense to have a dedicated world menu before launching into your Once Human server, removing this step entirely, having the ability to quickly switch between worlds without having to quit the game is a nice touch. After all, once you’re immersed in Starry Studio’s world, the last thing you want is to have to pull yourself out of it just to find your friends.
