How do you get Phasmophobia Twitch drops? Twitch drops are now offered for myriad games, and grant players any number of interesting items, from useful consumables to exclusive cosmetic items.
One of the best things about Phasmophobia is its lack of seasonal, live-service grind, but this also means there are fewer ways to earn new cosmetic items in the ghost game. As luck would have it, there aren't that many ways to customize your character anyway (yet), but you still can with new ID cards and player badges, collected via events and Phasmophobia Twitch drops.

Phasmophobia Twitch drops
There is currently no live Phasmophobia Twitch drops campaign.
The last campaign took place in November 2025 to celebrate the release of the 14th Phasmophobia map, Nell's Diner. This map takes place inside a classic roadside diner and is the first commercial map in the game.
Taking place on a single level, Nell's Diner has 13 rooms, 11 of which can be the ghost room, so it's similar in size to Tanglewood Drive and other small house maps.
