Bluehole are currently working on a fix for a new PUBG bug that was introduced with the latest patch. The bug causes a delay in the idle animation while crouched, putting players off-center when they aim.

Bullets are currently landing slightly to the side of where you’re aiming when crouched, especially when you’re looking down the sights. Here’s a clip of what’s happening:

As you can see, there’s a clear delay on the idle animation when crouched. If you end up in an unexpected firefight, for now, your best option is to go prone or stay standing.

Bluehole are working on a fix, however:

The game is currently down for server maintenance anyway, as Bluehole are being forced to increase capacity to cope with all the players. Things have been shaky for at least a week.

The maintenance is expected to last an hour.
