The survival genre is killing PC gaming, so says hater of PC gaming Simon Miller

Survival games bad

Who in their right mind would want to play a game that makes you feel as weak as someone who does crossfit and who has never heard of carb cycling? Well, as the huge success of games like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Conan Exiles have proven: lots of people. But walking, talking trapezius Simon Miller doesn’t seem to think so, and as usual he’s using personal insults, foul language and jabs at our exercise routines to make his point. You know, like any other grown-up would.

Want to know how not to play PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds? We’ve got you covered.

He’s got a point though: what bright spark decided to purchase the rights for a Conan game and have players claw through dirt for branches and die of thirst rather than don the luscious locks and oiled bosom of Arnie and embark on a one-man slaying spree? Keep an eye out for the precise moment in which Miller loses it and his rage boils over into Videodrome levels of madness – heavy stuff.
