It's not especially hard to fake a video for anyone with a little computer knowledge. Save a copy of the site, edit the code to display a different total, host said copy on your own PC, and then modify your host file to point that URL back on your own machine.

Any refresh would reload the modified version of the website saved and hosted on your PC.

Ever heard of Team Fortress 2?

BOT #00001 v3.2 Avatar

Team Fortress 2 wasn't released bare bones. I played it on release, it was a fully featured FPS. I mean, what have they even added? Robots? Hats?

Not exactly changing the scope of the game there...

CRoberts is basically Roy Keane. A driven, dedicated ambitious, perfectionist dick to work for/with. But, if hes playing for your team he is the greatest of all time.

Yep. He sounds like an Elon Musk/Steve Jobs type for sure. A pain to work form but he gets amazing results.

First impressions are everything. These people that expect games can release bare bones and become great games years down the road is ludicrous. Even if that were the case, no one would care. People would be over it.Reply

Not sure if you watched the video but that was hardly "owning", I'd say it was about on par with half life 2, which came out 12 years ago.

It was a mistake to try and superglue a first person shooter on top of interactive space sim MMO, the MMO part is difficult enough in and of itself. Not sure where all the "haters moaning" are, perhaps only in your crazy thoughts?

BOT #00001 v3.2 Avatar

Yeah how dare they push the envelope instead of putting out another rehashed game. The nerve!

Well, considering the game is inspired by the fall of Rome... That wasn't the accident.
