You actually can reach that info through the client, though it's a bit buried. Help > Steam Support > My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account.

YouTube's definitely much bigger when it comes to on-demand viewing, but Twitch tends to be significantly larger when it comes to live viewers.
Game Pass does work on PC, on any available game Microsoft label as "Xbox Play Anywhere." It's not a huge list of titles, but it does work, and Sea of Thieves is one of the supported games. Microsoft announced it not long ago, and you can confirm it yourself with a Game Pass trial and something like Gears of War 4 (or Sea of Thieves, in a few hours).
They're billing a Victorian setting in the promotional material, so the town's at least supposed to seem that way.
Ah, I see. Well we've only seen very little thus far, so maybe there's more architecture a bit closer to what one would expect with a Victorian setting. Who knows!
