Right, so as developer I can take no legal actions against people who clearly break the law against me or I will lose my revenue?
I don't care what studio Digital Homicide is and what people running it, This is just bullshit.

SolForge review snippet How free are you to build your own decks in SolForge?
Decks in Solforge are made up of 30 cards from up to 2 (of 4) 'tribes', provided you meet those requirements you can build a deck from any cards in your collection. The game strongly emphasises synergy between card types however (often across tribes) so choosing a theme might limit you further.

AMD have grafted an SSD to their Fiji GPU creating the potential for terabytes of VRAMAMD have grafted an SSD to their Fiji GPU creating the potential for terabytes of VRAM

I think that's pretty simplistic, the render distance in minecraft is GPU bound, the speed of a game of dwarf fortress is CPU bound.

Fidelity of the same old game spaces at the same old scales isn't whats interesting about advances in graphics tech, it's scale.

Yes, but we don't have the technology for scale right now, only fidelity. Fidelity is what's driving our graphics. Not scale. Scale is more often CPU-bound, after all. I know that you're trying to be clever, but your point is moot.

That you think scale comes from graphical hardware shows a distinct lack of understanding of how the hardware works. You want fidelity enhanced scale, not just scale. Which brings me back to my point.

eh, "Jesus is a drunken lout that everyone hates" would get a formal condemnation as well. "You puppet the thing that's supposed to puppet you" doesn't seem that different by comparison. Well apart from the fact there don't seem to be any nutjobs saying it was made by devils the way you do with Christians I suppose.

I mean you can be significant and newsworthy or not. "media ran headlines about an arrangement i made" isn't really unfair exactly, if the blame obviously doesn't lie with you, then you don't need to be worried about your presence or defend your image.
Alongside that a lot of the media he's talking about being 'insignificant' gets a lot more flack for disclosure more obvious than his current one (which also is an improvement on the one in the video in question).
It's a difficult bargaining position he has to be in, even with his popularity, but a certain level of success renders that a less absolute defense, if he's not aware or unwilling to do anything about that (or y'know operate under the same standards of practice entertainers and informers operate on otherwise) I'm not sure what standard he's even expected to be held to.

^ That.

Closed, walled garden, and anathema to what the PC is as an open platform with multiple store fronts and much in the way of consumer rights and privileges.

And will likely bring it back the next time Luckey has another mood swing when he thinks he isn't making enough money.

Why is anyone buying a Rift, again? A Vive or an OSVR I can understand, but a Rift? Why would anyone do that?

Refunds for Star Citizen are very unlikely under the game's new Terms of Service changeRefunds for Star Citizen are very unlikely under the game's new Terms of Service change

Well that's a step closer to actually being weird. I mean for a $60 game that isn't out yet that would be bad, for something people have dropped real, house-down-payment levels of money on it's an admission that at best they simply can't tell you when most of the modules will even be finished much less to an acceptable standard.

"we spent it, so you can't have it back" isn't an enforceable contract for consumer goods anywhere i know of, i really hope that it doesn't have to be tested, but i suspect it will.Reply

What modules?? There all integrated together and have been for about 6 months so things work together

except that presumably overwatch does in fact feature aimbot detection. The reason for that snap with tools is that it's the fastest way to put your cursor on someone, at some point a particularly skilled player can only be distinguished from tool assists by close analysis. Shooting your mouth off that someone is cheating without that analysis is the problem at some point surely?
