Players are definitely more dangerous than zombies, but that's never going to change. They have guns and resources and smarts that zombies don't have. That said, zombies do now pose a genuine threat.
There are always going to be players who will kill on sight. I think it's fine, as it means you always have to be on guard. There are loads of players who are more interested in roleplaying, cooperating, trading and what not, however.
I think DICE have everything to prove, they dented their 'crown' with BF4 and need to start earning the respect they had before from scratch.
That being said, if a 40 player cap means more destructible environments that have an impact on tactics and strategy and it means a more playable game then I'm fine with it.
The ability to totally modify character classes, coloured Pauldrons for Stormtroopers and the ability to board and fight inside AT-AT's while they walk would be cool. More than that though I just hope DICE don't cock this up.
Good news but not quite correct, Meteor Entertainment shut its doors in December 2013 and there is no publishing division there now.
But good luck to Reloaded who no doubt have lots of work to do on player progression and content which is where Hawken needs it most. @Stranger - the game died because all the VC cash was spent, it had none left by Oct 2013.
